Chromebook Procurement

We source Google Chromebooks for your organization and deliver to one site or many — no job too big or specific for XIT Solutions to handle.

Imaging

Devices are imaged to your configuration before shipment, including pre-updating Chrome OS prior to delivery so nobody waits on a first-boot update.

Logo Etching

Permanent school or organization logo etching on every chassis — asset identification that cannot be peeled off.

License Management

Chrome Education Upgrade licenses purchased and provisioned onto the Google Workspace domain you nominate, then tracked for you.

Enrollment & MAC Capture

Zero Touch Enrollment with a pre-provisioning token where you use it, plus an optional MAC address list returned with the shipment.

Device Lifecycle Management

From deployment through refresh and retirement — we track what you own, what is still covered, and what is due to be replaced.

How It Works

Four steps from order to classroom

1. Scope the order

Tell us the device counts, the Google Workspace domain the licenses should land on, and whether the order is current or future.

2. Grant limited access

To help with enrollment, we will need limited access to your Google Domain during white glove setup. Our tutorials walk you through creating a restricted, enrollment-only account.

4. Delivered ready

Devices ship to one location or many, already enrolled on your domain — hand them out and go.

Chrome Education Upgrade requirements

White Glove and Chrome Education Upgrade® Processing Requirements — required for XIT Solutions, LLC to purchase and deploy Google® Chrome Education Upgrade on your account.

The Google Workspace domain where you would like your licenses provisioned
Whether this is for a current or a future order
The technical admin responsible for managing your Google Workspace® account — name, email, phone and address
A secondary email that is not an alias of the primary email and is off-domain
A restricted, enrollment-only admin account created from our White Glove Tutorials — never your Super Admin credentials
Optional extras: Zero Touch Enrollment pre-provisioning token, Wi-Fi pre-configuration, MAC address capture and console work
